Recently my work visa has been refused due to 2 reasons
• You have not demonstrated that you meet the requirements of an intra-company
transferee within the meaning described in section 205(a) of the Regulations.
• You have not demonstrated that you come within the exceptions under section 186 of the
IRPR exempting you from the requirement to obtain a work permit or that your employment in
Canada comes within the exceptions to section 203 of the IRPR. As a result, your offer of
employment must be the subject of an economic effect determination before a work permit can be
issued to you. Your employer in Canada should contact the local office of the Department of
Employment and Social Development Canada to begin this process.

Please let me know what i have to do correction for reapply.

Well if you read the reply you posted, 'your employment must be the subject of an effect determination before a work permit can be
issued to you. Your employer in Canada shouldcontact the local office of the Department of
Employment and Social Development Canadato begin this process' tell them exactly what it says there

Seems IRCC may ask your employer to do LMIA, unless it can give more solid proof you fit in some LMIA-exempt category.
But, as suggested by IRCC and other above, just show your employer this decision letter from IRCC.

I got this one from this website exactly my 2nd reason
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/foreign-workers/labour-market-impact-assessments/intra-company-transferees/canadian-interests-significant-benefit-qualifying-job-positions-specialized-knowledge.html

If the officer is not satisfied that the applicant is eligible for the “Specialized Knowledge” Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption category, the application should be refused as per the regular refusal procedures. For those clients who require an LMIA, the officer should tick the following section in the GCMS work permit refusal letter:

  • You have not demonstrated that you come within the exceptions under section 186 of the regulations exempting you from the requirement to obtain a work permit or that your employment in Canada comes within the exceptions to section 203 of the regulations. As a result, your offer of employment must be the subject of an economic effect determination (i.e., LMIA) before a work permit can be issued to you. Your employer in Canada should contact the local office of ESDC to begin this process.
So my doubt is in offer letter i need to change my designation to senior level
If my employer change my designation to higer level Is my prob will solve

So If I submit a letter like employer offering job with project manger signature is it enough for strong proof

Is that an LMIA exempt category? I don't know, I am just asking. Others may comment, but if you change your job title, it is going to raise some doubts with CIC. Edit - If another 2 employees got the visa after changing the job title, you should try this.
