Actually, the case analyst did not flag the drop in FSW points (he/she just mentioned it). The additional review was where the analyst said that the TA job would not be counted as there was no job description and cannot be confirmed. The most surprising thing is that the job description was started in the letter. How he/she did not see it still marvels me up till now.
The TA is in Canada and its via study permit. Do you mean that different NOCs are not combined?

Guys, what is the address of Montreal VO as I intend to address my letter of explanation to them (to be sent via CSE). I saw 1010 Saint-Antoine St W, Montreal, QC H3C 1B2 from Google and 1025 St-Jacques Montréal, QC. H3C 1G8 from CIC website.

That is correct "in only one occupation". But I have seen people say that different NOCs can be combined. Anyways, I have 1 yr and 8 months which is more than enough. Am just trying to figure out how I can clear that review required for TA position!

From what I've read from the news lately, Montreal visa office is the hub for refugee/asylum seekers for people jumping border from usa. Upto 400 per day are getting processed at mvo. Far greater than ee applicants. Might explain the slowness.
