I applied for my canadian PR via Federal skilled worker (w/ Ontario PNP nominatation). Somehow, my organisation is not remained profitable and may lead to bankruptcy situation. I'm very tensed with my situation and would like you guys help to understand the options I may have. Also, would there be any impact on my PR application?

I heard there is a bridging work permit option but will I be eligible to apply for that?

If in Canada, your work permit will not expire until normal date. So, OHIP same, etc. Even can qualify for EI (it gets complicated so be prepared for a phone call or 2 but I did it in the past). BOWP only works with 6 months or less on existing permit. If your existing job (offer) gave you points which put you over threshold then you have another issue. If you had enough without it, then shouldn't be a problem. You just can't work without PR. Since you have Ontario nomination, you shouldn't need the current job. Just hope the $$$ hold out til you get through. Let us know how it turns out.
