hi! I would like to ask where to submit pr application for live in caregiver applicants? I am confused as to where to mail it. In the document checklist it says " Case Processing Centre Vegreville, AB, T9C 1W3" but in the instruction guide " Case Processing Centre in Edmonton Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada c/o PR (LC), Station 800 9700 Jasper Avenue NW, Suite 55 Edmonton, Ab T5J 4C3". I phoned IRCC but i cant go through. Please help. Thank you

Hindi ako sure kung photocopy. Sa situation ko kasi, i wasn’t able to provide my ROE. My previous employer didn’t issue me one, and hasn’t filed it yet to service canada. I only sent them letter explaining why i can’t provide one. But i think photocopy of your ROE is good, kasi you have to keep your own copy of your ROE for personal filing and future use din ata.Should i include the original copy if ROE or a photocopy would be fine?

Kakapasa ko lang ng application ko last week. October 17,2018. Kasi i have waited for my previous employer to contact me regarding my ROE sakanya. But then i waited for nothing, so i notified service the immigration about it, and also informed them na even service canada doesn’t have no file of my ROE kasi hindi nag file yung previous employer ko.When ka po nag apply?

Im a live in caregiver for person with disability for 2years now from aug 22 2016 to aug 22 2018 but before my (close work permit) expired I applied for Work permit Extension and mailed it on June 9 2018 but since then i haven't heard anything about my application. I completed all the requirements for PR and ready to submit my application but then i dont still have my valid work permit.
Pwede kaya ako magpasa ng PR while waiting for the decision of my work permit extension

I really don’t know po kung anong pwedeng gawin sa situation niyo. Pero ako kasi, sa previous employer ko i was released three months before sana ako mah apply ng PR ko under her as my employer, at yung work permit ko February 2017 maexpire, released ako ng Januaru 2017, so i looked for a new employer, luckily i found a loving family, who have helped me. She processed the LMIA, and approved yung LMIA ng November 2017, then my new work permit was approved February 2018 na. Ngayon kakapasa ko lang last week ng PR application ko. Sana wala nag aberya.Hi.

Hi. I've been contacting them but unfortunately walang available na officer to answer my call tas nag message na din ako through we form i hope makuha ko na work permit ko since yun nlang kulang ko para makapag pasa ng PRI really don’t k ow kung pwede magpasa kahit wala kang valid na work permit. Try contacting the IRCC, meron at meron po silang kasagutan panigurado diyan sa querry niyo.
Sa PR application kasi hindi naman kailangan ang work permit for application. Pero sa OWP pinasa ko kasi. Hindi ka kulang sa PR requirements. Sa OWP ka lang magkakaproblema. Pero kasi pinagsasabay ang application ng PR and OWP so parang yun na lang nga din nagpapatagal para makapagpsa ka ng application mo.Hi. Inuna ko kase isubmit yung extension ko kase natakot ako baka hindi ko macomplete yung requirements pra sa PR (education, police clearance, languange proficiency) ngayon iniisip ko magpasa nalang ng application for pr since d naman need ng valid work permitSa PR application kasi hindi naman kailangan ang work permit for application. Pero sa OWP pinasa ko kasi. Hindi ka kulang sa PR requirements. Sa OWP ka lang magkakaproblema.
