I recieved a letter to submit my passport for Visa stamping.

My application was submited through Canadavisa (Lawyer) in Canada, I am residing in Dubai and I am Pakistani National.

Please let me know where should I submit my Passport for stamping.

So the letter does not mention any directions?

I suggest that you contact Abudhabi Canadian Embassy immediately for clarification, they might be your current local visa office.

It is written that if you are not the Resident of Pakistan or Canada, you should contact their office. But which one is not clear..

Call the Canadian embassy in AD, if they do not respond, call IRCC on their call center and ask the agent for directions.

I am quite sure you can just submit it to AD visa office.
