I’ve sent 3 web forms enquieries and everytime they send automated answers saying that they will report that issue to the responsible office but they never did anything .
I guess i am lucky then, my TRV got approved in 4 days and also send passport, all i need to know is how long it takes for the passport to come back, i heard two weeks from some people who applied earlier.

Good news so far! I got a hold of an agent on Monday after calling for 1h and the lady on the phone checked my file and told me that they started taking action after receiving my second online enquiry form ( I’ve send 3 lol). And they also told me that they will contact me if they need anything from me. And guess what ! They updated MyCic account today ( Wednesday) and told me that I needed an additional document so I’ll look it up with my parents and i’ll Update u guys .
Finally!!!!

Hi everyone,
I need some urgent suggestion if anyone can help me please response. I applied online both my pgwp and visitor record permit for my spouse online in August from my online account. But for some emergency reason and my study permit will be expiring in 1 days that's why we both went to the border and they issued me pgwp there.
1.Now I m gonna withdraw my online application but the problem is I applied with my spouse online if I withdraw my application will that create any issue with my spouse's application?
2.As both of the application have different number and uci so If I withdraw only mine my spouse's application will be there to process right?
Please correct me if I m wrong. Thanks
