Job Offer Points

Hello,

I have submitted my application but I didn't get any points for a job offer, although I am currently employed. Does this job offer gives you points only with LMIA? So to get those 50 points the employer has to go through this process, if I am here just on an open Visa?
Also, I wasn't awarded any points for Canadian Education, but I went to school here.

I would appreciate any help!

Job points are only for LMIA approved jobs.

Canadian school issue. Does it meet the quals? If so, did your entry work (did it accept the Canada school)?
