Supervisa for mother

Hi

I have applied for a supervisa for my mother. She has just completed her medical upon request and we are awaiting a response. She has been rejected in the past 3 times for a regular visit visa as we did not meet the lico, her finances were insufficient and we could not prove her ties to go back home. When we applied this time I am comfortably meeting the loco, her finances have improved significantly but we are still not able to prove her ties to go back home. What are her chances now and does receiving a medical request mean that everything else is approved and the application is only pending medical results?

You should be okay, if they wanted more proof or documents, they would have asked earlier. Then again its not approved yet so cant say anything.. but the file is on right track. Most likely it will be approved if nothing comes up.

IRCC does not usually ask for any additional documents. Generally, decisions are made on the application submitted

Hope you haven't been reapplying too soon after each previous refusal. Also, hopefully she could show at least some ties.

It's not possible to say if she will be approved. Chances will be higher after she passes the medicals

Thanks for your response Bryanna. Applied after a gap of 1 year since last refusal. The last refusal for the regular visit visa had mentioned "you may want to consider applying for the supervisa". I hope it gets approved. I don't really have anything to prove her ties to back home. Thanks again.
