Hello, experts on this forum,

I need your help Regarding my starting city from where I am coming to Toronto. Do I need to start from the city from where I got my PR. Or can I travel from any city of the World alnong with my COPR copy to land for the first time in Canada.

I got canadian skill immigration (permanent Residence) on last septemebr from the canadian High commison of Singapore.

I am from Bangladesh and applied from Bangladesh also. My visa was processed from canadian High commison of Singapore. I revied my visa stamped fro the canadian High commison of Singapore on 14th september in Dhaka Bangladesh. At that time I was in Dhaka Bangladesh during summer vacation.

After got my passport back with visa from the canadian High commison of Singapore, I travelled back to Stockholm sweden, as I am doing research in sweden. Now I finished my course and I am willing to travel to Toronto from Stockholm directly along with my COPR and stamed visa as an skill immigrant for the first time in Canada.

So my question is, can I travel from Stockholm Arlanda to Toronto yyz as an skill immigrant for the first time.
I came here from Bangladesh to finish my thesis and now it is finished. So Can I enter into Canada from Stockholm to Toronto with my passport and visa as an skill immigrant.

or should I return back to Dhaka and then fly from Dhaka to Toronto for the first time entry in Canada. Please suggest me.

Now I am staying in Stockholm sweden for thesis and my vis entry vilidaity to Canada is upto july 2016.

So I want to fly from Stockholm to Toronto to enter into Canada for the first time as a permanent Residence.

Is there any issues Regarding this. Can I travel from here to Toronto.

Please let me know. your answers are important for my travel decision.

regards,

Mazumder

Your flight info on how you get to Canada is completely irrelevant, you can fly from anywhere international.

Hi I just got my copr. I will be visiting my sister in the US and want to rent a car to enter Canada by
land (Toronto). Is it mandatory to arrive by flight or is a road entry allowed?

Yes, road entry is allowed. So many of us here have landed through road entries, me included.
