When they say they want to see original documents, does this include things like birth certificate and university record (for proof of proficiency in English)? Those things of mine are still in Australia, so the only original documents I can bring are things like passports and PR card.

They want to see original documents for which you have submitted copies with your citizenship application. They will definitely check original passport with entry/exit dates you mentioned in application and original ID proof (PR Card, driving license, etc.). If you can show 2 ID proof and one of them is with photo and signature then I think you will not need birth certificate. For language proof, yes they will ask to show what you submitted with application. University transcripts or IELTS records.

Okay, yeah I have original passports, PR card, ID etc. The only thing I don't have originals of is my Uni transcripts, but I can provide them with a scanned printout of that at least.

A friend asked if it's okay with her Driver's license bearing another address different from the address on her application (both are in Ontario).?

You might be fine with just showing a copy of that since they will be able to judge by the conversation that you can speak English.
The really important original documents are the ones mentioned above already, i.e. everything to do with passports/IDs and so on.

Hey guys, passed my test today. Was told by the lady who interviewed me afterwards that there's a bit of a backlog for oath-taking, and that mine would most likely happen in Feb/Mar 2019...FYI.

Yep, spot on spyfy. They didn't ask for any original birth certificates or uni transcripts, but needed to see both passports, PR card, and two pieces of ID with pic and signature.

Pls tell how to see the spread sheet
Spreadsheet located here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UVvKb4Sem00uOCyB2kTeM2_AofgT_8b4uTJyBh9pXdg/edit#gid=1674299663

Please refer to various dates with top headings of that column. For example, for first user you can go on right side and it shows various dates when they applied, when application was received, when it went in process, citizenship test date, oath date, etc. Visa office near to your residence should be more relevant example in your case.
