If it is PCC you are sending then it has to be send through post, else you can email.

If I were you I would be better off explaining it in the message body of the email.

Do i need to send new recommendation letter if my company address changed. Vo is satisfied with my roles and responsibilities and every thing is fine except the residential address concern

In my opinion limit the content of your letter to the issue VO has concerning the official address of your company.

If the VO is satisfied with the original employment letter there is no need for another letter from the company.

How should I send these 3 documents to them, Shall i just reply to the email?

Check the forms to make sure there are no errors or omissions, that they are signed, that there are no gaps in dates on the Background history...

I have travelled to the USA for three weeks and Africa for one month since after submitting my application. My application has been four months now and is undergoing background check. Do I submit details of these trips on my passport to CIC through the web page as it lists out other change in circumstances not exactly including recent travels.
