I called IRCC agent today she told me that your file is under process and everything is normal. You will get your PR card by September 20. Hopefully I will not get request for photo

So Canada Post delivered me Photo Request mail yesterday. It was mailed out by CIC on July 11.
God knows when will I get my PR card delivered.

Thanks, I hope it progresses to an approval and not a photo request. Last thing I want is to get a photo request as I'm not in Canada. I don't really want to send photos from outside Canada as they may again reject those after waiting for another couple of months.

Where did you land?
I did my landing at an immigration office in Etobicoke Toronto

Btw the ghost update doesn’t send you an email or anything you gotta be on the website checking it every 5 minutes or so. The status did change back to submitted after like 10-15 minutes

As far as I know, it doesnt automatically go back to Submitted once it changes to Updated. It stays Updated until you view the details at which point it goes back to Submitted. As long as you don't view details after getting the Updated status, you should be able to see it next time you login.

Then that’s why it changed back to submitted because I checked the details

Noticed ghost update (could’ve been earlier) August 25th
Now checking 3 times a day for approval
Can’t afford to get photo request as soon I’ll be travelling around south east Asia for 4 months
Any chance of photo request after ghost update ?

My friend calls me to inform that he has received the mail finally... I am all excited and asked him to open it up and send me pics. When I looked at pics ... I was like is this a joke? Is he playing a prank on me? lol.
