Where do people usually receive photo request? Do they send email?

They send mail to the address given for PR card delivery.

Application went from "Application/profile updated" to "Submitted".
Has anyone got photo request after that or should it ideally move to approved.

Hi Guys,

I got an email from IRCC to subkmit two new photos for myself. here is a letter attached with the email that specifies the Photograph dimensions and the requirements. The photo dimensions are 50mmx70mm with the chin to crown of head distance to be between 31 and 36 mm. Please confirm if the dimensions are same as what you all got. I live in Brampton, Ontario. Please let me know where you can take these photos wit good quality.

I landed on 7th of July and unable to link my Pr card. Called CIC after landing and one time recently, all said Pr card is okay in progress

For PA and Spouse, it's the email address they provided during application. For dependent children, it is via postal mail sent at the address provided for PR Card Delivery.

Make sure you enter all fields correct.
For me it was birth city, normally on COPR they don't put full city name for example (Jalandhar Punjab) they will put (Jalandhar Punj) but you have to enter full name then it will work.

Try and let the other knows, if that works for you or now.

I also have this issue while linking my wife's application. No matter what I enter in birth city field (exactly as COPR or Passport etc.) it doesnt find the application. Their tool is massively stupid and they should just provide some other way to link the application such as entering passport number or COPR number or something else

TRUE !
One more thing you can do, Call CIC agent get the PR card application number (Start with R, i think) then whenever you want you can call auto phone service and check your application status by application number. Status they say on phone service is same as GCKey status.

landing on July 6th. I can not log in with my account today 48 days since i have not yet received an email for new photos .. when can I cut my card? on September 11 I have a flight to my place I think I will come up then
