Pakistani applicants applying study permit for Jan intake gather here.

Hello I am a Pakistani but currently based in Tanzania on a work permit.
I have some guidance to seek.
I applied for student visa on 18th April from VAC Tanzania on paper along with Biometric and original passports. I linked my application and it shows it is still under review. Yesterday I got an email from Canadian immigration Tanzania that the application is under review for eligibility and background check.
I am not getting positive vibes, thus in case of rejection, can I apply online through Canadian immigration in Pakistan?
I know reapplying will be totally based on denial reason but would you recommend me coming to Pak and reapply?
Note: I also applied for spouse open work permit and kids student visa.

Request for Medical Received:- 4th of August 2018 (After 3 months..)
Medical Data:- 10th of August
Medical Status Updated on portal:- 13th of August
Request to submit passport for visa:- 29th August, 2018
Total Time for process:- 4.5 months
Congratulations bro, I have submitted my application online on Aug 26, if it takes so long than I won't be able to attend my Jan 2019 intake.

Hi everyone ... my application was forwarded to the embassy on 20th september but no its been more than a month since i applied and haven't gotten the medical request . my friend applied in august and he got his medical request in a month and got accepted in october... should i be worried ? my classes start frim 7th jan .
Every application is unique , sometimes long time is consumed in background check but if one applied without upfront medical , he should hear from ircc after 2 to 3 weeks .

I am from going to apply for a study permit from Pakistan soon. In the documents sections for student visa made from Pakistan, "family information form [imm5707]" was given. The form says "include ALL family members even if they are not accompanying you. If additional space is required, print and attach an additional form".However, the form only mentions about applicant, spouse, parents and children. Am i supposed to print and attach an additional form mentioning my brother and sister or is their information not needed.
