guy said that "we have reported immigration office about your application to be processed asap and now you have to wait for the final decision".

yes i called them 4 times since i have submitted additional document.they have same answer. they are not doing anything.and we can not do anything. So be positive.
they are working on application received till 7th June. may be for them it is rocket science
