Passport Request - Return Label USA

Hey Everyone!

Got my Passport Request from CPC - Ottawa. I'm looking to send my passport and pictures soon, but was looking for advice on how people went about putting a return label in the package. UPS/Fedex require you to create an account on their website, and then create the shipping label to include with the package. This is fine, but as I understand it that a Fedex pickup would need to be scheduled for the package be returned to you. So would I need to arrange the pickup or does CPC handle this ? As the instructions state that 'The self-addressed, pre-paid envelope should be arranged with a courier that delivers between Canada and the U.S.A'

Within the US, I typically use USPS that just requires you to add a prepaid envelope within the package so that the documents can be returned via that envelope. Since I'm sending a passport, I don't want to use USPS so will be using Fedex/UPS.

How has everyone else gone about this? Any advice on this will be highly appreciated, thanks!

USPS and Fedex, both needs a phone number for Return Label - for the CPCO- VIsa center ottawa , 365 Laurier Ave. west, and Icannot find PHONE number any where, what should I do, please let me know

I believe the CPC handles the pickup scheduling because they ask that you fill out the FedEx form with "use an already scheduled pickup" or whatever that bit says. You just need to send the label along.
