Medical Request after submission

Hello experts,
My brother had applied for visitor visa (as dependent to my parents). He has been requested a medical exam and we got IMM 1017E for the same. But now, there is no place to upload the document, when I go to "view submitted application" in the account. Where to upload this document? And do we need to upload the document as the medical result will be sent directly?

The panel physician will send the medical results directly to the visa office

Thank you Bryanna and rimpysadhrey. So we don’t have to upload anything from the account. Out of curiosity, what do we do with the signed IMM 1017E ? The doctor has filled part of it and signed and stamped the same.
