Applied for a visitor visa online from Turkey,

25th July application send,
2nd Agust refused

Financial, Sufficient funds.

Thanks for your interest.
I will attend a conference in Canada. My paper is accepted. I just submit only my one bank statement that has nearly 2000$ Canadian Dollar. And also, I didn't buy any flight ticket or hotel reservation. I didn't think they would look financial funds in detail. I am planning to make an application again. :\

Which funds you need to show to IRCC that should be only yours not borrowed from anyone. Your father money will not help in this case. Moreover yours funds should be 6months old immediately transferred money could be create a thought in mind of VO like you are trying to only get the visa.

Hello friends, today I got refusal mail about my visitor visa application. Reason is as below,
1) Travel history- I never been to abroad
2) Purpose of visit is not understanding- However, I have Manitoba government official letter for visiting exploratory visit.
3) Financial self-sufficiency- However, I show 17 Lacs to travel single applicant only.

If I want to reapply then when. Should I send alpliapplic to them again?

Do I need to intimate them about reconsider my application?

Please suggest.
Note:- I applied on 28 June by Online mode
