PR Application and Intra Company Transfer Application in parallel

Hi Guys,

I am currently in USA on F1 visa, OPT expiring Sep 30th 2018. My H1B was not picked till now, so company agreed to transfer me on Intra-Company transfer by the end of Sep and there told me that they will apply PR after one year in Canada. I dont want to wait till then, so started gathering everything for PR to apply myself. Everything is ready except for IELTS score, which I will get on Aug10th. Can I submit my profile under Express Entry immediately, will it effect my intra-company work permit application in September? or shall I wait to get the work permit and move to Canada before applying for PR? any suggestions are highly appreciated !!

If you have Masters degree from the US and 3 years of work experience, you will most likely get ITA on your own without needing Canadian experience or LMIA. So, yes you can apply on your own.

Yeah I have Masters and more than 5 years of experience. I am wondering on whether my pending PR application will impact Work Permit as the intention is different for both of them.
