Hello, I just checked my GC Key and the current status showing "Application/Profile Updated". The status was "Submitted" previously but now it changed today. There was no new message and when i checked all the statuses were same as before, nothing was update. Does anyone have any idea what can it be? @upkar singh specially you, as you have gone through all the situations.

ECA showing they started processing app: Dec 01 2017
Background check and add doc status changed: Feb 27 2018
and after that updated today.

GC key statuses as below(Since Feb 27 2018):
We are reviewing if you meet eligibility requirement
You have passed medical exam.
We do not need additional Documents
You do not need interview...
We do not need bio matrix...
We are processing your background check...
your application is in progress...

This happened to me and a few others in the whatsapp group. A few days later I got pre-arrival (i think next day), DM and PPR etc. So you may hear something soon. Good Luck!

Same exact thing happened to me today. Status changed to profile updated and back to submitted. Noting changed inside. Below is what I see in GC key.

Aug 17 applicant.

Application step Current status
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

ok when they change your additional documents line then you will get update soon same with me they said We do not need additional Documents but one day when i saw they said reviewing additional in couple of days i got pre arrival and PPR so just keep an eye on gc key and also check ecas status aswell because they will change first there then gc key
