the number of fields for attachments need to be equal to number of documents they require you and your spouse, e.g they ask us 4 PCCs, then they gave us 4 fields.
I think you should raise Web Enquiry to SGVO to add more fields for you. i saw someone do like that.
You can inbox me, i can show u the screenshot.

Thanks a lot, huongsask. please check your Inbox. :)

you will get PPR letter under gckey. You need to fill information in the Appendix B of this request letter. Also, submit photos of each member (each 2 photos one with the back in blank, one with information of you and the studio taken the photo, see specification of Photos in the guide). Also, pay the transmission fee for vfsglobal.

Doesn't matter single or not. Pre-arrival letter means you passed eligibility. For PR need to pass 3 checks.

2 - Medical
3 - Background

Dear experts,

Yesterday I have got ADR & MR.

Moreover, they have issued a PFL (Procedural Fairness Letter), which indicted me of misrepresentation of information in Schedule A, specifically in Question 6.

Now, I don't have any confusion in any question in Schedule A (IMM 5669 Background declaration) except 6(e) - "been refused admission to, or order to leave, Canada or any other Country?"

However, I answer all the questions with "No" as usual. But I am confused about the above question because- in 2009 I applied for student visa ( for studying MBA in University of Manitoba), which was refused and the reasons for refusal they mentioned were completely irrelevant. By the way, then I stepped back and concentrated on job in my country.

Should 'refusal to issue student visa' be considered as "been refused admission to, or order to leave, Canada or any other Country?".

Dear friends, help me out. I am really in the middle of baffled crossroad.

Thanks

You should say YES at question 6 because you had been refused study visa in 2009, so at the bottom you write something explaining situation of the refusal.

It was misrepresentation because all data they are keeping for 10 years. so if 2009 you have been refused its still on their database.

Thanks friend.

But still..... does the "refusal of admission to " mean "refusal to issue study permit or visa"?

Nevertheless, I will follow your suggestion.
