Hi I just found out that i missed out that $155, however, my application forms are not returned yet. Can i just pay the $155 and send the receipt to them before they return?

im not sure about sending the correct fee before being returned. What I understand from others experience is Once you receive your OWP being returned, make sure you are still in valid status (not implied or out of status) and pay the correct fees, include the receipt, and submit it again to CIC.
We tried that that but still they returned complete application . The problem with CPC Mississauga office is that they will not open any envelope for 30-45 days since u do not have AOR for ur PR application .If all your other PR application documents are correct they may return your open Work permit application only and ask you to send the application forms with right fees to CPC Vegreville office .

If so, does that mean once I have got my AOR I can stay in Canada to apply for OWP without the needs to extend my visitor status (moving out and get back in Canada)? Thanks
I have checked all the forms and IMM5533(Checklist) and IMM0008 have been updated since June also check IMM 5406 as it's been updated it in May
AOR only letting you know that your PR application is in process (not being returned due to missing fees, wrong forms, signatures, wrong documents, etc. which might happen 30-45 days after they received your application). You can submit OWP application, after you get AOR as long as you are still in status when the application received by CIC. You can also submit your OWP application together with your PR application as long as you are still in status when the application received by CIC.

yeah, you are right .I checked too on cic website. These three forms have change so we have to refill these . I am still waiting for my returned file, my lawyer hasn't received it yet.

I have a silly question, my spouse is currently with me in Canada on visitor visa. I read online that if spouse is currently living in Canada then applications should be sent to CPC Mississauga. But, we have couriered our application to Nova Scotia. Will there be any issues of application being returned or anything as such because application should have been send to Mississauga?
