Anybody with a timeline of 24th my that has recieved AOR. Also if they return your application, what status will it show on ECAS and vice versa.

Can you please tel me when you are checking on ECAS, what you are filling for identification no? Because everytime i try with receipt no , and filling applicant's information ( like name, DOB) it says information doesn't match. Mine application was also delivered on 24 may and am really stressed .

My application status is same as yours.

Background application form mentions you can enter you name instead of signature .But CIC sent complete application back mentioning to sign only.

What is your timeline of application ?When was it received in CPC-M office.

Application delivered: May 17th
Application Returned: July 4th

No problem, the application was sent back on Tuesday and probably get it back next week. Best of luck for you

I was able to link my application to my CIC account and it shows my application number, but I haven't received email from CIC yet.
My time line is that
Application sent: May 5th
Application delivered: May 8th
AOR received: July 5th

i already has a client UCI number so thats what i used in ddition to my name to check on ECAS.
it still says application recieved on may 24th. I am thinking of calling them tommorrow,

Hi All,

I was able to get through CIC after almost an hour of waiting. As of today they are processing for May 23rd appl.
Fingers crossed , hopefully they will complete May applications by next week.

I called them today and they said my file is returned too, they said reason is mentioned on the letter which is sent along with it, i am so pissed off. I talked to my lawyer and she is like some forms have updated since we have submitted your application. I don't understand why so many may files have returned?

I gave them my UCI# and name but because they were having problems with their system, they cant search for my name. Instead, they looked for my UCI#.
To my relief, the agent told me that there were no notes saying that my application is being returned whatsoever.

And that they are processing May 23rd applicants.

She advised me to be patient and just wait for my AOR anytime soon.
Im trying to be positive that everything will be okay. I really hope so.

Hi could you please tell me as to how did you manage to link the application? your PR application? I am having hard time doing so, I got my AOR on 16th of June. Since then I have not been able to link it.

Don't worry I think for some applications it is taking more than 45 days...Mine took nearly 40 days. It all depends on the case officer, and inbetween we had Canada day so it was a holiday. After 6 weeks then one can call up and find out again if it is still delayed.
