I am facing a situation and need some advise on this matter. I am a Canadian Permanent Resident living in Quebec from last three years. I got married to a girl from my home country last year in 2017 and came back to file her Outland Spousal Visa Application.
Now I came to that she is cheating on me and her sole purpose to marry me was to come to Canada to her boyfriend who is studying here in Canada. She got her PPR and her passport is already stamped with visa. I have three question
1. Can I withdraw her case now?
2. What if she lands in CANADA without my knowledge? Can I withdraw the case after her landing?
3. What if I give her divorce after landing in Canada? Can her PR status be revoked?

Please help me on this . Need urgent advise

You can only withdraw before she lands. But I believe you can contact IRCC right now to tell them all this. They'll take it from there.

1) Yes. See above posts.
2) No. You will still be responsible for her sponsorship undertaking for 3 years.

Hello guys, we are in an unfortunate scenario, married in feb 2018, application apr 4,2018, medical may 24, 2018, file transferred to NDVO june 20,2018, Tourist visa application - 10 july 2018, approved TRV on 24 July 2018, she landed here on august 6, 2018 and left back for india on sep 1`2018, stating she does not want to remain married. we did call CIC , they said we have to email NDVO as the file is already transferred, but we have not heard back from NDVO, any ideas on how we can stop the PR application. please help

Withdrawing sponsorship may be too late now
You can withdraw sponsorship up to the time they land. The application is still in process in NDVO. She only came on a TRV and left. It’s not too late. No requirement to provide any proof to withdraw sponsorship.
