What is the definition of "Business owner in MPNP

Hi All,
Wanted to know the definition of "Business owner in MPNP"

Manitoba business stream has a minimum requirement of 3 years full time work experience. Somebody working from home fulfils this criteria ? As in this case there is no business licence and only a social media website as proof of operations since 7 years plus.

Please advise if the minimum business experience criteria is fulfilled ? Or i should not bother applying for MPNP and look for other options.

In order to show your business experience your business must be registered as Limited company or you must show that you work as sole properiter for that you need to have an Business NTN.
