1. you are using a completely wrong section.
2. Your score from Reading is not enough for you to join EE as FSW or CEC. However if you were FST (federal skilled trades), you could still use it.
So go check the section about IELTS and about Express entry.

Hi there Chinweuba, try the link below. It's a good but general look at skilled trades in Canada. As a tech. teacher whatever you do; think of a trade, don't look down on it because it is work with your hands. Trades people when fully certified can easily make 100K a year. Sometimes much more!
