Did you get a seperate email for confirming the application stay in Miss. ON ? Or it state in medical request email ?

My sponsor received an email from CIC with a letter attached confirming that my app would be processed at CPC Mississauga.

Application Returned : April 09 , 2018
Resubmitted Application : April 26, 2018
AOR1 : June 05 , 2018.

I am trying to link my application with online account but its not working out. Can someone please suggest me what to do next ? I exceeded the limit to login in 24 hrs, i tried all combinations but none of them worked. Your help will be much appreciated.

congrats amavnee9 on your AOR..u can make a new account & keep trying. Did u put 2 in number of applicants? did you exactly copy/paste the info from IMM008 form? No need to put extra space or anything, just use passport info..

Thanks... yes i did try with 2 and i am entering all correct info . I don't know why its not letting me to link the application.

Are u the sponsor? Sign in on sponsor account and put in applicants passport info and 2 for number. I think this is what I did and it worked to link. When applicant gets AOR2 then link to applicants account.

did you try creating another account & then linking? if passport info does not work, then try with the place of birth, same copy/paste from form and also use the first name, last name & date of birth instead of application number/UCI number of PA.

Yes i'm the sponsor and tried signing in with passport info as well, nothing worked.

yep i created new account under my husband's name and then entered all his info like passport number and then place of birth , it keep showing me no info found again and again and now the account has been locked for 24 hrs.

Something strange; I submitted the application on April 19 and got AOR1 on May 25. Didn’t get anything after that but today they requested to complete the background check form (IMM 5669) and we did submit this form in our application. Not sure why they are asking for it again?

I have had the same issue for 3 days now and every time I call to ask they say they can’t transfer to an agent due to high volume of calls

are you sure u didn't leave any gap? did they send u an email request to upload the form?

Yea, I double-triple checked and there were no gaps at all. What makes it worse is that they didnt mention if something was missing from the form. They simply said please fill re-submit the form...so I guess I will check again and re-submit it.

Is there any specific reason that why they returned? Please share the reason If you don't mind?
