Review of eligibility - updated as "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

earlier it was, we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility...

Does it means that application has been opened by VO..?

what will be the further stages or updates ??

If eligibility is passed then chances are bright for approval. In next 5-7 working days decision can come.

You never know how long it will gonna take. For my uncle aunt - they applied on April 11. Status changed to reviewing on April 12th and since that no updates yet.
