Going to US border tonight after work to Flagpole to apply for PR Card

I am writing the whole process which I followed from US:
1. Sender address used
CPCO – PR VISA
US Permanent Residence (Note: I omitted the un-necessary stuff here like temporary, passport etc)
PO Box 8781 STN T CSC
Ottawa ON
K1G 5B3
2. Please make sure you send the non expired passports I saw at lease one person sent the spouse's expired passport by mistaken.
3. Make sure you print the Annex provided at the bottom of the email and sign it.
4. Photographs according to the specification mentioned the final email.
5. Create an account on Fedex.com, add your credit card details, phone number and address.
6. Create a shipping label and their will be check box asking for return label. Check this checkbox and you will be prompted to enter return label details. (Note: shipping label and return label can also be generated via different mail providers)
Points to consider:
-Fedex system will ask you what is the content type in the drop down their is option "immigration document" select this.
- Fedex system will also ask the content dollar value and custom value just put $100 in both places.
- Their will be total 8 pages (4 for sending to CPCO and 4 for return label).
7. Take all 8 pages to the fedex and choose two envelope one bigger size and one smaller size and talk to fedex employee he will do the rest.
I followed this procedure and wanted to share it in response to above questions.

Hey Chris, Did the Annex A in the PPR email have any barcode next to the Application number ? I don't see any in the email I received and am trying to figure if that's a mistake or some issue at my end. I currently reside in the US and need to send the documents asap. By the way, I've tried different browsers and even tried checking it on my outlook email. None of it helps. Could you or anyone else help ?

Its been 11 days since my application got approved and I am still waiting for the FEDEX return tracker to get updated, has anyone seen this unusual delay ?

My return tracker has been activated but the location of Fedex package pickup seems to be 'GATINEAU, PQ'... has anyone seen this before? My passports were received in 'Ottawa, ON' office.. was surprised to see the pick up at 'GATINEAU, PQ'...

Same as me, my return tracker got activated about an hour back but pickup location is Gatineau, PQ. I'm bit familiar with Ottawa area and Gatineau is just a suburb of Ottawa in same metropolitan region. Perhaps, FedEx distribution center is in Gatineau and return tracker gets activated at FedEx location and not at CPC-O office.

This is pretty strange as I have been keeping track of CoPR approvals on MyImmitracker and on this forum, generally return trackers are activated within day or two of getting approval message in My CIC account. Even my own case was approved yesterday and return tracker was activated today. If I were you, try calling CPC-O and check why there is a holdup. Good Luck!
