@ everyone

I recently got a PPR. I live in the US. However, I'm having difficulty with shipping as I was asked to send my documents to PO Box 8781 STN T CSC Ottawa ON K1G 5B3 :

UPS dosen't send to PO Boxes So USPS is the only option to send the docs. However they don't generate return labels as us stamps dont work in Canada.

I'm confused how to handle this situation. Any ideas?

Hi Sam,

I sent my documents in a pre-paid XpressPost envelope via Canada post as instructed in my PPR email and also included a pre-paid XpressPost envelope. As I checked and re-checked the documents, I forgot to note down the tracking number on the return envelope. However, I tracked the package until it was delivered to VO and kept track of the timeline of other members in the forum to see where I stood.

Regards,
Bibin

Hey guys, I just received my PPR and trying to figure out the best way to send my passport over to Ottawa.
My first instinct is to go to the VFS center in Dubai, has anyone had any experience going through them?

Hello Friends,

Hope some of you can answer my query through their experience.

I have received the PPR request and in the process of creating a return shipment label for passports to be delivered back to USA from CIC Canada.

I am stuck at 'Customs Information' section which is the 3rd section in FedEx Ship Manager Lite. There are 2 divisions for Products Or Documents... I am not sure what needs to be selected here.
Please can you let me know what needs to be selected here so that we can have the necessary commercial invoice generated.
Also, I suppose this is only required for return shipment? Onward shipment can be done in either local USPS or FedEx office in person?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Appreciate your help!
