TRV refused 4 days ago as per CIC account but passports are not yet dispatched from the VFS office?

Okay so all our documents are ready but my daughters birth certificate which is in Arabic and I had it translated by a Sworn Legal Translator.( that’s what it says on the stamp)but no one wants to give me an affidavit!! They tell me it’s illegal!!
What do I do? Is the translated copy enough???
UPDATE: I was just on the phone with the VO in Dubai and the lady told me any foreign documents should be translated by a certified translator.
I’m still hesitant..

The lady is absolutely right.
Can you get her birth certificate translated in some other country where it is possible to get an sworn affidavit?
I seem to be missing the details in your case.
Are you/your husband/your daughter applying for TRVs together?
Does your daughter's passport state the names of both parents? If yes, then you can include a copy of her passport. Or maybe her school records
Yes, we’re all applying for TRV.
Yes, both our names are on the birth certificate, it’s very detailed and clear and translated by a sworn certified translator.
My husband is going to an event in Vancouver and we will be attaching the ticket and the invitation for visa they sent along.
So I’m hoping that’s enough reason.

Can we attach an online bank statement or do we need to get it from the bank it self?? Like stamped or something??
anyone applied on 14th march...? I applied for my parents TRV. visa office for pakistan is abu dhabi.. still its in process ..normal procession time has been passed...
Do be careful. As your husband will be visiting for an event (Business TRV), you would want to prove that you have accompanied him for similar events to other countries (you and your daughter will be applying for Tourism).
1. It would be easier to advise if you post the list of documents for each applicant.
2. Does the invitation letter invite you and your daughter?
3. How old is your daughter?
4. How long would you be visiting?
It depends on your country of residence. For example, for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh (and countries in that region), a signed bank statement is advisable
I’m in Dubai so I’m not sure about that BUT my husband’s full name with id and everything will be on it I’m sure.

Documents are:
-US valid visas and exit and entry stamps for all of us for the past 10 years.
-no objection letter from my husband’s company that he works at with salary mentioned in it as well as the the date he should be back on duty.
-salary slips and bank statement for the last 6 months.( around 20.000CAD)
-itineraries.
-hotel booking.
-Birth certificate.
-our apartment contract in our home country for ties.

Got Passport Request for my in-laws TRV application
Applied online on 30th March.

Does anyone know a way to contact visa office to check the status of TRV. I applied (online) on MArch 21 for my parents, nephew and neice and haven't got any update yet.
I applied on 24th, no update yet. We can send CSE , but usually they don’t respond
1. Who will pay for your husband to attend the event? What type of event is it? What documents would he be including for the event?
2. Have all of you traveled to other visa-required countries in addition to your US travel?
3. How old is your daughter?
4. Are you employed?
5. When does your husband's work contract and resident visa expire?
