sending forms today to sydney - quick response will be much appreciated

1. all forms filled (4 for me, 2 for my wife- generic,schedeule 1(for me and wife),addn family (for me &wife) , schedule 3)
2. 1st page of passport (photocopy notarized)
3. 2 english mailing labels (i am in usa)
4. $1250 CAD fee (cashier check from chase bank)

What iam not including
1. English proof (for 16 points) - should i send a hand written justification?
2. Photos of neither me nor my family
3. Any other docs

Let me know if this is OK or do i need to add any items while sending to sydney

The fee should be CAD 1100 for two people, not CAD 1250 AFAIK.

I did not send ielts results as i do not have. Instead sent brief justifying my english proficiency claim.

Because it was posted in Canada at 4 am. The fee is $1100 Canadian. You should nothing other than what is requested by Sydney.

i sent in a letter about english proficiency but later i realized that they are not looking at it (at least op6 doesnt mention it). The only thing that they are supposed to check is the ministerial job instruction. Perhaps they check that you have filled in the form correctly (or maybe not). but they don't apparently check for english proficiency at all now.

BTW, what does the Address Label look like? How did you do it? Is it just an address printed on a regular Letter/A4 paper or a sticky label or what?

i used normal A4 paper, but in previous topic, we discussed that if one of your labels is not going to be in English, then maybe a sticky label is better.
