Go onto sites like :

www.eluta.ca
www.workopolis.com
www.indeed.ca

and search for construction opportunities to see what types of requirements they're looking for in people.

Create a Canadianized resume and cover letter to send out to these opportunities. You may have more or less of the skills they're looking for, so search not by title (as titles change all the time and can mean different things to different people), but search by key words (accomplishments, achievements) to see what types of construction jobs come up.

This information is very useful. Thank you.

But I was thinking that - Agent will sponsor the work visa and we have to search for work after coming to Canada. Does it not work like that? Should we search for a job from a company site? Are there no consultants?

Please Advice!
Thanks,

No - it doesn't work like that. You need to be hired by an actual company in order to apply for a work permit and come to Canada. And when you arrive in Canada, you would start working immediately for that company. An agent or consultant can't sponsor you.
