Hey did u get decision made on ecas before getting the passport request??

Can anybody help me understanding my application status, I am confused with the terms used i.e. AOR1, AOR2 etc. My ECAS summary is as follow

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 12, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on October 9, 2017.
3. We sent you correspondence on September 6, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

In my case
There is no update
Its still showing everything is in processing jst the medical is passed.
But I got passport call on Monday
In sponser’s side its shows Decision made.
So dont panic
Just wait
My application was received on May 24,2017

Congrats. Doesn't matter they update it later like other VOs they first work on your file and update it later. So the main point is to work and show progress. All i need is my wife land in canada then i don't really mind if its says in process on ecas for years lol
