Hi Folks,

Need help.. Will below work and relate to NOC 2171 :

1. As an IT analyst, he was responsible to report security incidents and work on FTP job issues thereby ensuring financial data is under no security risk and compliances are maintained. Coordinate with customer end’s stakeholder to identify and document requirements, provide value addition to enhance/streamline the existing policies and processes.


2. Incident manager responsible to get the services restored to normal in a robust and timely fashion thereby ensuring no compromise on quality standard of delivery and maintaining standard compliant with third party auditor’s review and benchmarks as well.


3. Leading and driving calls through the incident management lifecycle thereby implementing the standard operating procedures and in turn refining and drafting the policies and processes to add value and increase efficiency and quality


4. Handling the business sensitive data for customer with utmost trust and thereby ensuring security guidelines are never breached. Implement the takeaways from business and technical studies and observations shared by client though feedback mechanism.


5. Preparing and cascading communication for management stakeholders with regular updates. Building primary and secondary plan of action with technical teams.
