Just got the golden email!

Feb 27 was definitely not a glitch!

Today I logged into my account and it showed an update but my profile was still on ip2. Approximately 5 hours later I got the email.

The whole process (AOR to PPR) only took 26 days. Unbelievable.

However, road to Canada for us started in 2015, we spent so much time, energy and money on this but finally we got it. This forum has been priceless throughout this journey so I want to thank you guys for sharing your experiences, it means A LOT! I don’t think that I could have finished that application without consulting this forum I wish everyone on this forum to get their email in the end, all I can say is be patient!

Oh by the way, this is my second ITA and application, my first one got “canceled as incomplete” because of an expired police certificate. Got back into the pool, had to do everything all over again.. So never ever give up!

And here is my timeline:

FSW-Inland
AOR - 10 FEB 2018 (RPRF paid upfront)
Medical Passed - 19 FEB 2018
IP1 - 19 FEB 2018
NA2 - 21 FEB 2018
IP2 - 27 FEB 2018
PPR - 8 MARCH 2018

Mar 9 afternoon EST time, CIC profile showed "Update" but there was no change inside.
PPR : received email Mar 9 10:02 PM EST

Hi @boopathy , Can you please share the number of days from when you sent your passport, the delivery and the return receipt(once you get it back)?

Travel History is must while applying. You are lucky that your are not rejected for not giving full information. Incomplete documents results in delay in processing. secondly, your travel history should match with your job(if applicable) and the addresses of past 10 years and with the activity of 10 years.
If any of the links mismatch then there may be the problem or additional justification.

Question, I read somewhere that PPR takes 7-20 days after IP2, does this exclude or include the weekends?

Hi guys,
A quick question .. I am Aor 04 March, Yesterday I got a mail from Cic saying that there was an update in my application, when I logged in I couldn't see any update except for the section additional documents that shows now .. we do not need any additional documents .. what that means ? knowing also that my medicals is still not updated

I need to submit my Singapore PCC and have applied for the same. Is the processing of my application stopped till the time this "Additional Document Request" is uploaded?

I do not know the exact answer to this however what i have seen is that once AD (Additional Document) is submitted as requested the processing time is generally very less after this.
There could be two possible reason
1. They have already processed all the other documents and are just waiting for the Additional Document
2. The processing goes as usual and the application is put on hold if rest of the processing is completed before AD is received

But, of course you will not receive PPR till all the document requests have been met

What does this mean IP1 or IP2?
My aor is feb 5th.Medical passed on Feb 15th .
I had sent a few document via CSE as i had forgot to upload them in my application.They have been replied by Feb 19th.
Please advise
