For the purpose of FSW, yes! Given, you are in a non-canadian school.

To add to omicrondelta, you may want to request the letter of offer to include as many matching statement @ specific job tasks as described in the NOC 4012 to validate the offer.

I'm sorry, but the other responses to this thread are incorrect.

"i have received admission for phd "
Am I correct in assuming that you've been admitted to a Canadian university? If I am, then the answer is no. You've been admitted to a Canadian university as a PhD student. This is not an offer of employment. Also, IRCC has a very specific requirements for what can or cannot be considered a valid offer of employment (job offer). http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=695&top=29

in what what ways i am violating the job requirement policy. For TA/RA its hourly and you are payed accordingly. Plus the university has a minimum guarantee agreement with the Canadian government.
So kindly advice ...will this reduce my settlement amount also..?

"in what what ways i am violating the job requirement policy."

You don't have an LMIA or a closed work permit. What you have is a study permit. TAs\RAs are still students.
