Where you able to link your application within the 7 days window you were given? Usually, if you successfully link your application within the 7 days, they send you a request to upload the schedule A and pcc through your gckey account but if you were unable to link it they continue to communicate with you through email. On your online account (gckey) under Application/profile details click "view submitted application" button and it will take you to a new page where you can see any requests by cic. Make sure to scroll down to the "view submitted application" button. If nothing is there and you didn't link your application within 7 days, you have to send your schedule A and ppc to cic via mailI or use the web form. I hope this helps.

Good Morning. I am hoping someone can help me. We have attached our application to an account and recently received our police report and have completed Schedule A to submit. It says you can do it through your online account but I have attempted with no success as it doesnt show any required documents so I dont see an option to upload anything. Anyone else experience this? How did you submit these documents. Hope you can share some step by step instructions to help this girl out! Much thanks.

Hi, is it OK for the sponsor and principal applicant to have the same home address at the eCAS? The sponsor updated his home address and added the principal applicant as having the same home address in canada. Does it have a bearing in the application. But in the schedule A document the Principal Applicant's home address was the outside canada. We are outland applicant. Can anybody explain to

My partner has filled out Schedule A eimm5669e but we are having issues validating it. Where it asks for addresses lived at we can't fill out the street number because that doesnt exist here. And how does one electronically sign this form without printing it off, signing, scanning and then submitting it the scanned pdf file?

Hi gnomer,

You can always attach an extra sheet if you are not able to fit all details in the form. Secondly, I dont think you can sign Schedule-A electronically. You have to have it printed and signed, scanned & uploaded.

Thank you for your response. Its not that we don't have enough room. It is a case of a street number is a mandatory box when providing addresses of places lived but we have house numbers. So when I go to validate it wont because the street number boxes are empty. Any suggestions?

Hi, for the address part, maybe you could try putting NA or spell out Not Applicable on the space for Street Number and see if it will let you validate.

For the confusion as to whether you should print, sign by hand, scan, and upload:
You do not need to do those. In the general guide, it explains that you need only to type your name on the space where it asks for your signature, validate, save a copy, and then upload through your gckey.

I believe there are 3 ways to submit the Schedule A. First is thru GCKey, that is if you have linked your account and that it actually gives you an option to upload and submit the documents once you click on the blue button that says check message... Second is thru webform. In this case, you have to go to ircc website and find the webform. Lastly is thru mail. This is the option where you’ll need to validate the form, print, sign it by hand, and then mail it to CPC Mississauga.

Maybe just put 0 or an X if it will allow.

There should be a "button" once you have logged in and are on your PR application page. The "button" will say "view submitted application".. Click on that and that is where you will upload the requested items.
