No, I don't think they have any answer, for them it's routine process

We have Oath in February but meanwhile my wife got Green-card call and approved on the same day, while US consulate stamped Old passport for GC and she will get Canadian Passport within 2 weeks, can she retains Greencard status ? because it's stamped in the old passport and it will be cancelled after Oath, please advise
