Chances of ITA in regular pool even after receiving PNP Nomination

My current score is 438 in the CIC pool. I had received Nomination for PNP from Ontario. However, appreciate if someone could suggest me if my profile would still be visible in the regular pool for subsequent/future draws?

My score is 424, Information systems analysts and consultants and profile was created in Oct 2017...I want to analyse if I need to delete my profile and recreate ...
