i have no dependent, do i have to include imm0008dep in spousal application?

No. This is from the CIC website:
"If you have more than five (5) family members, you must complete the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (PDF, 424.19KB) form for each additional family member in order to include everyone in your application."

In "imm0008enu_2d" form, what number should we put for "How many family members, including you, are in this application" ? Is it one or two (including sponsor) ? I'm sponsoring my wife and we don't have any children.
