Hi experts,

I made my EE profile in July 2017 and I currently stand at 416 CRS. What should I do in order to get a NOI (Notification of Interest) from Ontario? Since OINP requires minimum 400 CRS what am I missing in my profile to get a response for OINP?

PS: I selected "All provinces/territories" while making my EE profile.

Thanks.
You''ve got to wait for OINP's announcement regarding their sending new NOIs in 2018, hoping they will start sending out new NOIs in early Feb.

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and in need for some advise. I created my EE profile on 15th Dec 2017 with a CRS score of 381. I gave the IELTS again and improved my CRS score to 438 and update the EE profile on 19th Jan 2018.
So i have 2 main concerns/questions:

1. Since Jan 10th draw had profiles with 446 score and above selected , do you think I should wait for upcoming draws to get direct ITA (Hoping score might drop a little) or should I try for PNP option.

2. Since my profile is originally created on 15th Dec 2017, do you think that it would not be considered for OINP 2018 nomination even though I got 400+ score after I updated profile on 19th Jan 2018. Should I withdraw current profile and create a new one?

Would really appreciate your response. Thanks
1. You''ve got to decide buddy. This circumstance is frequent one and people have to choose the right way. Personally I think 438 is a good score and you may have a direct ITA within 2-3 draws without PNP (just my opinion)
2. There's no announcement regarding this so it's hard to tell if you should withdraw the old one to create a new one. But as your EE profile was updated on Jan 19th, I think it's similar to recreating a new profile so don't worry.

Hope good news will reach you very soon.

Wasn't that announcement made on the OINP updates page?
An announcement dated 18th Jan, says they have stated issuing NOI's for this year.
I have created my profile in September,2017 and stand at CRS 412.
Wondering if its really required to recreate a profile to receive an NOI.

date of creation is not at all a matter.. 438 is good score and I personally feel that you can get direct ITA in 2 months.. you can observe the draw patterns, guess CRS will go down for each draw.

Will you mind to withdraw this profile and recreate it? Better to have a fresh profile now. You have likely chances to get NOI from OINP when they started this year batch. Don't forget to select all the provinces and consent to share details to those 2 provinces (in the same page)

Hello,

I got NOI in July even though my CRS score was low and submitted my documents on 16th November. My application status is in Assessment from almost one month.

My question is whether CRS score will impact the decision. Although I have cleared FSWP criteria.

Guys, my score is 405 and NOC 2281.
What documents should I get ready beforehand for NOI process?
Verify the guidelines of each PNP which you expect to apply. You can prepare accordingly.

Normally, you need to have Birth certificate(s), Reference letter(s), marriage certificate, and scanned copy of (IELTS result, ECA, all pages of all new/old passports including blank pages)

POF financial letter can be collected after you received NOI or before you apply. You can keep the scanned copy of documents which supports for recent high value deposits, if any.

Hello,
I have work experience from Oct 2011 to 2014 Jan 31st, after that I was self employed and do not have proper documentation for that and so I am not claiming points for the self employed period.
My question is if I get a NOI before 31 Jan 2018, my experience will be exactly 1 year in the last 5 years. After Jan 31st it would have crossed 5 years. Will my NOI be valid after that ?

Thanks
