Are you living in Senegal, then you can simply go to the police HQ in your locality and request to get a police clearance certificate done

Write to the above mentioned address with details of Stay in Senegal, location,name of your parents , nationality and a copy of the passport along with immigration stamp pages stamped at Dakar airport.
These details have to be filled when you apply in person also in a form given at their office.

As I'm not in Senegal now, can I get someone resident in Senegal to apply on my behalf?
I'm thinking of scanning my passport with Bio-Data and Dakar airport stamp pages and sending all the required information to a friend in Senegal to apply on my behalf. Is this allowed? Do you advise I proceed this way?

@srinu126, I tried to do the same but the ID and paperwork the resident took to the office was rejected.
I'm now interested in DHL mailing notary-certified copies of my driver's license and birth certificate to the police OR a resident if I can find help. Note that I do not have copies of my old passport pages. This had been dragging on-Advice please?
Would the police mail the results?
