I know I am in regular timeline, but I actually added my spouse after PPR, which supposed to take 4-8 weeks to get fresh PPRs.

Do you think it's possible security screening to be activated in this stage of my application or it clearly starts immediately after R10??
Each member in the application will go through Security individually. SS can be triggered for a new member added. But to be sure you will need GCMS notes. Usually after adding a spouse to the application, it is usually approved within 3-6 weeks

The kits and application form refers to when an applicant intends to add spouse or a child to the application. or IRCC seeks additional info or a schedule to be filled. But if it was cancelled, then they decided not to ask for any ADR.

You are 90%, as soon as your security is passed, you will have the PPR.

Some Background:

3. Why the drop in my Verified CRS points (from 459 to 409?) and in my FSW points (from 72 to 59?)

You need to review your SIX FACTORS points and try to figure out why you went from 72 to 59...I'm assuming edoc 179X527XX is probably your main reference letter. So the analyst wasn't happy with that and decided not to consider it and in doing so you lost 13 six factor points and 50 CRS points. If this is the case then your best bet is get another reference letter more detailed and more aligned with your claimed NOC and resubmit...

Yea... that's my primary occupation NOC
but I guess the officer must have made some mistake in re-calculating the points. Because even after backing out that experience (18 months out of the entire 50 I am claiming points for), My CRS Points are 434 whilst my 6 factor points are 70. (23 + 24 + 11 + 12 = 68. For Edu+Lang+Work Exp+Age).

What would be the best way of calling their attention to this?

In any case, I will get back to my coy HR to see if I can get a new ref letter.
