Do i need a consultant?

you dont need a consultant. creating your EE profile is very easy. And you always have forum members for help. Unless you have a specific requirement, refrain from using consultants.

hello Dear Nishant,
can you help me plz I have one doubt; is it ok to change NOC in EEP profile after submission or it will be a bad impact towards my profile.
I want to change my NOC -1212 to 1311 or 1111 ( I uploaded my profile in Dec 2017)
my CRS score is very low so I am searching for province nomination and I didn't find my current NOC 1212 in any of the province in-demand occupation list & not sure last time which province opened up this NOC 1212.- do you have any idea?
but where as NOC 1311 & 1111 is highly demanding in Nova Scotia. hence if I change my NOC in EEP I can apply for provincial nomination using these NOC.

You are free to make changes to your profile until you receive an ITA. However, be careful when making changes to your NOC. You should be able to prove your experience in that NOC (your JD and experience letter must show this info).
