You should call ircc .. at least they can tell you exact situation..

I did multiple times theyh claimed they are overloaded with many applications and delay should be expected however it' been 2 months and I am very worried

Nope m in Alberta Edmonton. And pp delivered date was 10 nov and approval was on 19 dec

My passport was delivered on Nov 20 and status changed to approved on Dec 13. Got a response from Ottawa that my passport was sent back yesterday and I am still waiting for the tracker to be activated. Today is the last chance that I can receive it before the long holiday.

It’not long holiday.. CPC qnd post office will be closed only christmas day and opened again Dec 26. So don’t worry. At least it was sent already.

I don't really think it is sent. Maybe it's still in transit between CPC and Canada Post and Dec 26 is Boxing day.
