Yes, you need 8 in listening and 7 in everything else and that will give you additional 50 points (what you are short on transferability right now).
My question was not whether I should go for ielts or not. It was to understand if it is worth waiting till Jan/early Feb 2018 to get a better picture of draws and PNP

Please someone can advise me can I do upfront medical without an ITA. The earliest appointment I am getting in my city is end of jan. I am at 446 so hoping to get the ITA in next couple of draws, my questions is that whether an ITA document is required before getting the medical or you can also use EE profile number?? Thanks
Yes you can do it before ITA. Considering your CRS and the appointment time available in your area, it seems logical to book your appointment from now. I'm pretty sure you'll get an invitation by the end of January.

1 year of post secondary studies will get you additional 30+ points. With that you could get full transferability points (for 2 post secondary diplomas) and the same for education itself.
Studies do not have to be related to each other and neither do they have to be related to your current NOC.

Other alternative is to go for French language. If that is mastered, it can give you 30+ points.
Yes all of that takes at least 1 year to accomplish - which means -5 points for age, but at the end you will gain more points.
Ideally is to combine both options and cash out even more points.
Other option is to go to study in Canada
And of course other is to go after PNP. Several will open during next year, you just need to be quick to apply for one of them.

Good luck
Thanks a lot @vensak for different options. For postgraduate m bit unsure since WES didn't consider my two year post grad course. So thinking fr PNP and IELTS retry fr 8.5+

You can also try following:
1. Argue with WES to recognise your other diploma (you will need more support from your school) - I have seen somebody mentioning that they were successful in such case (depends on the school and the diploma you have optained).
2. Try assessment using a different organisation. In this case as slow as ICAS is it might be the best option.

Yes and no.

You have to keep your CRS on or above the min. CRS for that ITA draw.
However there is an exception when it comes to points from aging. Meaning if you loose points because of your bday between ITA and AOR, your points will be still calculated as if you had those missing points.

However if your IELTS or ECA will expire during that time period, then you have get a new one, otherwise you cannot apply.
And same thing for your work experience.

Cynthia:
Hello. Has anyone heard of someone who requested for EOR on listening or reading and had their score increased?

Hi, Can anyone please clarify my doubts about medical tests for EE. What documents are required for the medical test, is it just passport? Can the medicals be done before ITA?

Thanks

445 is a decent score- you stand a bright chance to land the ITA sooner than later !
