Please Advice for not processed PR application

I am a protected person and I applied permanent residency application inside canada 5 months ago, I didn't hear or receive any mail or email from immigration, people say its not usual and too long, I don't know who I can contact to ask about my application! I tried the 8882422100 but I cant reach anyone to speak with, please any advices for me what to do?!!

As long as u have the receipt that the letter has arrived there, you have no other choice than to wait! Sorry! Sometimes its faster,..sometimes it takes longer.
