i m not sure. I linked the application on wednesday and have the same status.
When did you land? And do you have family members? Probably, it leads to approval based on this thread followers comments. If the review stage is more than 10 days would expect to photo request. I am assuming, "uploaded" means everything fine and will approve any time.

I landed on 26th Oct. review stage comes first or uploaded?
I am assuming "review" stage will come first, there after "upload". Some people did not get "review" stage and got directly "uploaded" and there after approved. Some people after "review" stage changed to "uploaded" stage. Some people have "review" stage to there after photo request.

This what I have all observed.

Not so sure about that! For both myself and hubby, it says "uploaded". However when we called they said we need photo resubmission. Anyway, the myCIC is quite useless about providing the right info.

landed on oct 13th.... status:documents being reviewed....

I had 2 photos and only one of them had studios stamping and photo taken date on it :( and now I realized that the immigration officer took the photo that did not have the studio stamping on it (I have it with me, just realized that minutes ago). I did not think about checking that while landing when immigration officer took one of the photos that does not have the stamp on it.

I will call on monday but most likely I will be asked to send a new photo right?

Hi so an update from my end - I was waiting for my pr card so I could get back into Canada . On the 60th day after landing I get an email asking for two additional photos. So I just went to the Bellingham Vancouver border and crossed by land .they didn’t ask me anything n I was through in thirty seconds . Anyone knows how long it’s taking for ppl after the additional photo request ?

I do not think there will be any issues,
but you have to make sure you send them by FedEx or UPS which you can have the tracking number to check the arrival.
Thank you for your reply. I assume that you did not send it outside CA. Is there anyone who actually sent the photos directly outside Canada? Experienced any problems?

Without getting firsthand info, it sounds risky for me. Eventhough there is no legal limitation to leave CA before receiving the PR Card, I am still concerned to send the photos directly from outside Canada. Therefore, I am considering to send it to my Canadian friend, and ask him to kindly send it to CIC.

It is really a shame to deal with this kind of oldschool issues in this day and age.
Instead of requesting printed photos, they should have asked digital versions just like USA or Australia.
Now we have to wait 2 more months...

Hi Everyone,

I have landed on 22nd October and able to link my profile on Nov 18 since then it is showing "docs provided are uploaded" but for my wife its showing that we do not need add. docs..
Does any one faced the same issue, because on Nov 18 its only 26 days so there is no chances of picking the profile and validating the photo ?
We have created new profiles as we are not able to link with the existing one..

Any leads will be appreciated..!!

Hi, I am in same situation, landed on 19th october and status changed 30th Novermber to "uploaded", but my wife and kids status as "do not need add docs". I called on 1st December and agent said, it is in processing. I am not sure what is going on. I am assuming, the only status changes to the principle applicant as the family members are dependents. Did you land both of you at the same time?

Thanks,
