1 - Then the problem that arises regarding your foreign diploma is whether WES or any other association would assess such credential without your diploma.

2 - Like I said if you want to claim points for her education and have assessed her credentials you are more than free to include her credentials. As she only has foreign work experience it is irrelevant to the principal applicants' application as it doesn't contribute in CRS nor on your eligibility under the FSW program. Do not include such experience in the work history section and add it only in the personal history section once you receive an ITA. No proof of employment will be required.

3 - You only need a year of full-time continuous work experience, after having such requirement you can add all other work experience to claim CRS points even if there are gaps.

4 - 451 is quite competitive so it should be sufficient to get an ITA.

5 - No idea what you are asking in your last question.

Thak you so much!
1. Will email WES. Thanks.
2. I think we can claim points as she has 2 MSc and MBA.

Thaks again for your time. Very helpful.

Hi Folks,

My application was cancelled a few weeks as incomplete due to PCC issue. I'm reapplying again and I don't know what to answer in statutory questions. Any suggestions pls.

1. Has ******* been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? (required)

2. Has ******* ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Am I to answer Yes or No to the cases above?

Thanks.

IELTS and ECA are separate. She will need to give the IELTS exam as well as get her degrees evaluated if you want to claim points for it.

thanks for your reply.. but my EE profile was created around February this year and only now I am getting this letter...does this mean that the Immigration officers are looking on my profile?
could be or could be that they've just implemented this new email template. There should be a draw coming up this week so keep your hopes up.

So in short, its not mandatory. You can just get her ECA done without taking IELTS.

Hi guys!!

I am a newbie here and I'm actually interested in applying to MPNP. I just want to know if I got it right... if I'm are interested in the MPNP Express Entry Draw (to be launched on Jan 2018), I have to apply and successfully create my profile in the Express Entry Draw? Does that mean regardless of my score in my EE profile, I can be selected/prioritized should I have the two following qualifications:

1. Strong connections in Manitoba
2. Work experience is on the in demand list

Will appreciate your response. Thank you.

I have worked as a product manager for pharmaceutical companies for more than 4 yrs. I have some doubt about NOC. I feel my NOC code should be 1123, but am confused, as this NOC also lists media agents, literary agent, fundraisers under job responsibility. 1. Creating, managing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans.
2. Managing new product launch, product lifecycle, review and interpretation of existing and new literature, clinical literature, production of sales support tools such as visual aids, product literatures, brand reminders, banners, posters, stickers etc
3. Liaising with the sales team to understand product performance, identifying opportunities, and using this information to develop strategies and updating the brand portfolio
4. Developing and implementing promotional campaigns to support the product offerings
5. Creating budgets and work plans on an annual basis and effectively managing the overall communications budget.
6. Regular follow ups & visits to the market to gauge the customer perception and to improvise upon the promotional strategy
7. Conducting periodic briefing meetings to communicate the marketing strategy and following up on the implementation of marketing plan with the sales team
8. Coordinating with the cross functional departments like finance, outsourcing, purchase and distribution
9. Organizing Continued Medical Education(CME) meetings for doctors
10. Replying to the marketing related queries from the sales team and external customers and escalating related queries with the concerned departments

I mailed noc guys but they replied that they cannot decide and I have to do myself. Pls help

Hi,

1- There is no strict rule on this but I would put the date I finished my studies or the date I started the job, which ever comes first.
2- Answer yes because you know it is not regulated.

Hi @TanakaM
Can you share your experience letter as our work experience history is similar and consulting from your experience letter will clarify a lot of things when I am going to request my employer to give me one.
